About
Your recovery process does not end when you are discharged from the Step One programme. We want to ensure you are fully prepared to deal with whatever life throws at you and so we make providing excellent aftercare a priority.
Our team are as committed to your individual success as you are. When you leave the treatment centre, we will stay in touch, giving you all the support you need to achieve your goals.
How we can help
When you have completed our programme, we will not simply send you back into the battlefield, without first arming you. Thanks to your personalised recovery plan, you will know exactly what to do if you feel you're going to relapse.
Our aftercare package starts the second you walk out of our door and ends only when you no longer need us. We are only a phone call away. As part of your aftercare recovery plan, you will:
Find out about local 12 step fellowship meetings.
- Be given details of therapeutic activities and stress reduction techniques to help you avoid a relapse.
- Receive regular phone and video calls from our staff, during which you can voice any concerns or raise any issues you might be having with your new lifestyle.
