Managing your Mental Health during COVID-19
The United Kingdom, and the rest of the world, has now been in the grasp of the pandemic for 8 months now and there is no sign it is ending any time soon. Governments all over the world have given guidelines for how we should behave and manage our physical health, but there has been a lack of mental health guidance.
With this in mind, we have created an infographic exploring the demographics most at risks of being affected mentally by the pandemic. Signs to self-evaluate or to be aware of with household members and basic self-care strategies to maintain a more balanced mental health.
There are also suggestions of what to do when you possibly become too overwhelmed to cope alone.
